Abbas (an NRI) and his brother robs a bank in India and wanted to settle in US with that money. Bank manager Manivannan couldnot stop it. While ransoming police for money, they kill a college girl. This girls brother is Prasanna who is very brilliant and dropped out from IIT and plans to kill the two. 

The bank manager knows the robbers as his own friends sons and tries to call police, but the duo kills him too. His daughter is herion and Abbas wants to marry her and take her to US. Prasanna changes his names as Abbas's brother and comes to Manivannan's house as an innocent guy. In a sequence of thrilling scenes, kills Abbas's brother by Abbas itself. Abbas gives the money to Kotta Srinivasa Rao for his safety and wants to get it later. Prasanna cheats him too and all are comedy scenes. How he kills Abbas at last is the climax. Hema Baskar, Charlie and Karunas are giving good humour in the movie. 

The screenplay makes this movie a great one with the directors touch by Siddique (same "Friends" movie director). A good movie to watch overall.
