Another remake movie type, this time for Sundar.C. This movie seems more like remake of Superstar Rajni's famous movie "Mappillai" staring Srividya in lead role.Here that role is played by Nadhiya. For glamor herion and Namitha are used, and Vivek comes for his own "messages".

Nadhiya and her brother are in a big family under Delhi Kumar. They marry Nadhiya to Nepolean, who is a collector of the district. He has a brother, Dhandapani who has two sons (Rajkapur and another villain). Dhandapani and his sons go in illegal business, which is not liked by Nepolean. They forge Nepolean's sign in a contract to build +2 school in that district in favor of their caste. When Nepolean knows this, beats them up. Watching all this, Dhandapani begs initially and kills him with his sons and puts the blame on Nadhiya's brother. Though the brother gets the wrongdoer's punishment, Nadhiya still thinks that her brother is the killer and leaves the family and goes and settles in Bangkok with her daughter.

After many years, she plans marraige for her daughter and that should happen in her own village and in front of her own brother (what logic is not known). Here the brother is challenging that he will not make that marraige and tries to stop it. So Nadhiya goes to Sundar.C (who is a rowdy of the area, all the scenes makes this feel), to help this marraige. In the meantime, the killers also get released after 14 yrs and starts to take revenge of the big family. In twist of events, Nadhiya asks Sundar.C to marry his daughter to get her respect before her brother. At last after marraige, it seems the Sundar.C is none other than the son of his own brother.

Sundar.C challenges that if her daughter is in his house for 7 days, he will change the mood if the daughter and Nadhiya herself and they both accept that. How Sundar.C changes and minds of both daughter and mother and how the families unite and how the villains are killed are all happening in this movie. Namitha is used for showing off, and is used by Nadhiya to get disrecpect from the herion. none of the songs are good. Fights are ok. Sentiments are ok. Overall looking like a family entertainer, its a time pass movie.
